We are now looking for a support technician for our product support at the headquarters in Järna.
In the department, we are five people providing support to our field technicians as well as our stores and dealers across the country. We provide support via phone, email, and our case management system.
The tasks also include contacting suppliers to manage cases. We investigate and test products and also assist in assessing and resolving issues on-site with end customers when necessary. Generally, it is about 65% office time and 35% practical work.
We conduct training for the technicians who collaborate with us and also work with our product managers and purchasing department regarding spare parts, manuals, and testing new products.
Who are we looking for?

You have a technical background, find it easy to understand various issues, and can use a multimeter for troubleshooting. You are collaborative and solution-oriented. You are currently working in technical support or some form of product service for end customers in the field. If you have worked with spas, that is a significant advantage.
In your daily work, you often encounter cases that require quick feedback and solutions. You need to be able to prioritize and take your own initiatives based on what you see needs to be done.
